Each year the Chequamegon EZ Riders hosts two full weekends of horseshows. The club values versatility and tries to provide something for everyone. Our facilities are some of the best in Northern Wisconsin, with a large sand arena, and a warm up pen. Stalls are available for the June show, and we try to accommodate anyone who needs a stall during our fair show as well. (The sooner you call - the better). We have plenty of camp sites, including water and electricity. Our club works both with the Arabian Horse Association and the American Paint Horse Association for point accumulation. Our horseshows are held at the Bayfield County Fairgrounds in Iron River, Wisconsin. There are nearby hotels, restaurants, and plenty of recreational areas. If you're a trail rider, this is the place to be! The Chequamegon National Forest surrounds the area and has literally hundreds of miles of untraveled trails and sand roads. For more information on the Chequamegon Bay area, please see the links below, which will take you out of the EZ Riders website. Special Features of the Chequamegon EZ Riders Horseshows Now you can earn points from your Arabian or Paint Horse Registry by going to open horseshows that participate in those programs. The Chequamegon EZ Riders shows will make your horse eligible to earn points in the American Paint Horse program as well as the Arabian Horse Association. Click on the links below to find out more.
