Big Rock Equestrian Center now has a Beginner Riding Program. This program is headed up by Melinda Grahek, 682-2951 or cell phone of 209-3553. Big Rock Equestrian Center is owned by Todd and Tyra Vernon on Fisher Road, west of Ashland. This program is designed for youths, ages 8 to 18, with programs available for adults as well. The program is a step by step 12 week course designed to take the learner through equestrian basics. Includes safety around horses, riding demonstrations, basic horsemanship and lots of fun! For Lease: Well trained reining horse (gelding) available for lease January through April at Big Rock Equestrian Center. Suitable to rider with moderate riding skills and balanced seat.
