2010 Sponsor Form
Sponsors contribute significantly to the ability of the Chequamegon EZ Riders
to host clinics, trail rides and horseshows each year. Sponsorships are tax
deductible to this non-profit group. Each sponsor is given recognition at club
events throughout the year. This page can be printed and filled out, and
mailed to club secretary Sandra Woerle, PO BOX 121 BRULE WI 54820.

- Class Sponsorship: Includes listing in club newsletter,
announcements during the shows and listing on club website.....$20.00
- Show Sponsorship: Includes the items listed above, plus one ticket
to year-end banquet........$35.00
- Banner Sponsorship: Creation of 3'x6' customized banner which is
displayed at June show and Bayfield County Fair show. Also includes listing
in club newsletter, announcements during shows and listing on club
website.....$150.00
- Renewal of existing Banner Sponsorship: For those banners already
in possession of EZ Riders. This is a renewal fee to display banner at 2010
events. A renewal fee includes one ticket to banquet, as well as items
listed above...$50.00
- Patron Sponsorship: Includes listing in club newsletter,
announcements during the shows, listing on club website, 2 tickets to
year-end banquet and signage at events.....$250.00
- Back-tab Sponsorship: Includes listing in club newsletter,
announcements during the shows, listing on club website, 2 tickets to the
year-end banquet, and your company name on each of the back tags used by all
exhibitors at shows.....$500.00
